Had a quick bite at Pei Wei today. Love the texture the brown rice and options like lettuce, salad, or noodles to go with you protien. The food came out pan hot and vegetables fresh and crunchy. Friendly staff and the wait was quick. We enjoyed the food and were asked how everything was

Great food fast service and cheap for two people

Decent food but pricy

Employees look sad, no smiles, no greetings... food was typical fast food Chinese with tough beef and heavy on some watery sauce. May return for another try after they are done grieving.

First of all, I love Pei Wei. The food is always hot and tasty. I’m giving only 3 stars because of the condition of this particular location. It definitely needs a good cleaning. I don’t want to go into any details and gross anyone out, but we have been there 2 times in recent months and it was not clean the first time either.

First time visit. Love the Spicy Poke Bowl.Tasty food with a variety of food and drink options. You can even add lime, cilantro, chili, or green onions on top of everything!

It was very busy but our food still came out rather quickly, and was hot & delicious. I tried the steamed orange chicken with cauliflower rice and it was great. Highly recommend!

Love some pei wei . Would give solid 5 star but chicken has gone down in quality noticed the past year or so smaller pieces and the worst part is its a little stringy now consistently. People are always pretty cool they must pay ok.

Tried calling to place an order but was on hold for 6:47 mins got tired just went to raisin canes instead. Was waiting in car outside looked busy, too busy to pick the phone even. Got the feeling they can't handle high volume and got discouraged

I've been going to Pei Wei for years, unfortunately they have hit rock bottom. Both the fried rice and cauliflower fried rice were swimming in, liquid. The steak was tough, the broccoli was mush. I won't be back Pei Wei, not sure what happened to your quality.

Great curbside pickup plus wonderful food

I ordered Mongolian and lettuce wrap yesterday and it was my first time trying Pei wei. Lettuce wrap was good, but Mongolian beef was soo soooo salty that it hurt my tongue.. I couldn't eat anymore after 3 bites. I tried, I mean one bite I even tried it with lettuce but still too salty. Look at the sauce it looks more like a soup!! You can't even see cauliflower fried rice cause it is soaked in the sauce.. Beef was tough and also salty probably for being marinated for too long. How is this place claiming to be a health minded/conscious chain?? Too much sodium is definitely not healthy.. I was really wishing it to be good cause I was so hungry since I got it after 1hr from when I ordered.. Wasted money, wasted time. I don't leave a review if it's gotta say something bad but honestly I am so upset.. Not sure if I would ever try this restaurant again :/

Quality of food has significantly gone down hill. Tastes like fast food. Service okay. Patio needs work.

This place is good! Reasonable pricing, considerable portions and the staff members are consistently kind.

I love this place, my wife ordered over an hour ago. Everyone that comes up to order food gets told 30 minute wait. Only one cook, I hear their is new owners that want to go cheap on labor cost. Not sure I'll eat here a again if the wait is like this

I visited this place three times so far. The first time they did not have a manager on shift and could not serve any meals. It was a little annoying, but these things happen. The second time was a nice outing. The social beef I had was cooked perfectly. The spice was on point and actually put a nice heat on my mouth. I visited because I had gift cards. This is not my place of choice because I'm not a fan of healthy Asian food. It's good but not my choice.I came again on a third visit. That time they were short a cook. We were notified right upon entering that they were down a cook and it could take substantially longer than normal to get our meals. We decide to chance it. The Kirin beer helped the wait. Again the meal was cooked perfectly and all the vegetables were crispy. The for is always made according to the description on the menu. The only problem here is the ownership getting on track to ensure their store is managed efficiently.

Food was very good but it is way too cold in there. People were warning us as we walked in to wear sweaters or jackets.The people working there are nice and polite.

Better food than Panda, but more expensive. Not very good kids meals. Great drink machine with lots of options.

We usually go to Abacus for good Chinese food, but decided to give this place another chance (husband says every restaurant deserves a second chance, the first time food was not good). We ordered two orders of Orange chicken and asked for xtra chicken on both orders, however it did not have the extra chicken. The chicken it had was super dry, there was no sauce to it which made the meal extremely dry (rice). The chicken didn’t even taste like orange chicken. We also ordered crab puffs and they were not eatable (garbage). Will not return to this place. If you want really good Chinese food, go to Abacus. Cheaper and much better quality food. If Abacus is not close enough, just go to Panda, Express you’ll get better food at a much cheaper price.

Great, fast service my wife tried something new for her, honey chicken, i stayed with the lettus wraps.

I really regret coming here, wasabi crunch rolls tasted stale, grocery store quality. The orange chicken has no flavor, tasted weird and was only edible with tons of spicy mustard, every table was filthy, looks like the seats hadn't been wiped in weeks, they were greasy and full of what looked like dog hair.

They were very nice and Danny did a great job with my order and being patient but it took a really long time to get my food. Hopefully the taste is worth the wait but from what I hear it is.Update : social media representative reached out and asked me if I would fill out a form as to let the store know what my issues were and then they would compensate me for my troubles or distress. I did as they asked and I went ahead and wrote in and told them my experience and what had happened and they basically said sorry and that was it I don't think that was great customer service and I don't think my visit was that experience I'm taking it from three stars down to two stars and I don't know if I'll be taking the time to go back

Still a good value and on par with PF Chang's but much much cheaper. Not a fancy place but very good food at reasonable prices. Quick delivery of meal is a plus and all the fortune cookies you want.

This Pei Wei is amazing!!! Great atmosphere, awesome food great music great family dining!!! The orange chicken I order was oh so delicious!!! Perfectly cooked saturated in delicious orange sauce and still has a crunch!! The wonton soup is really good has a nice peppery taste to it the dumplings could use a bit more flavor but other than that definitely worth stopping by!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We ordered on line and picked up our meal. It was ready in 13 minutes. Food was hot and delicious. Best hot and sour soup I have had in years. The lettuce wrap with chicken were excellent. The Pad Thai was good and a big portion. My spouse liked his dan dan noodles. We will definitely order again soon.

Not much frills in this place but the few available choices are tasty, abundant and inexpensively priced

Burnt egg rolls, burnt crab puffs, cold/jello like hot and sour soup... Portions are smaller... Service is mediocre. Place used to be awesome... Now I get mad Everytime I go there hoping someone had brought it back to it's former glory... Hasn't happened yet...

The best meal there (in my opinion) was the lettuce wraps

Nice fast food .. the brown rice was good the orange chicken was tender,. The lettuce wraps were tasty, different style lettuce leaves I am familiar with, regular ice burg interior leaves. Hard to make wraps. but still very tasty, did not care for peanut sauce, tasted more like chocolate. They serve beer and wine, the soda fountain covers all bases. The food covers most Oriental stlye cuisines. Give it a try...

Love the food. Very quick and delicious. It's definitely worth the money and I would definitely recommend this if you enjoy oriental food.

Pei Wei is so good! I always get Kung Pow Chicken. Not too spicy, just right. The pork egg rolls are very yummy also! Service is a bit laid back, but fast enough. If you join the loyalty program there is almost always a promotion going on. Love it!!

Well, had the same meal as my friend...but I got half the amount of filling. We both ordered red wine...I got a wine glass, she got a paper cup!!! Who does that!!The food Was good though!!Maybe I went on an off day. I will go again.. give another try!

Order was screwed up, did not get all the items I chose. The chicken dish was more mushrooms than chicken camouflaged with lots of sauce.

I am absolutely disgusted with this location. I have had nothing but issues. I've been trying to call for almost 2 weeks now regarding a issue with my meat being raw have left multiple messages for management to call me back and have still yet to receive a call backperiod called again day before yesterday and spoke with one of the girls who answers the phone and was told I am sorry but I am busy and have customers in front of me I have to take care of them. I said excuse me but I am a customer myself as well and was served raw food and was very ill and have been trying discuss this with somebody and cannot get anybody to return my call or come to the phone when I call. Pei Wei used to be one of my favorite places and this location has basically lost my business completely. I went there one time and was told as soon as I walked in the door at the time of opening that there was basically no proteins available except for shrimp and a protein alternative.

The food here at the Surprise Pei Wei is awesome, well-prepared and timely. The staff is great, friendly and helpful people. But the floors are always disgusting! Sticky floors with trash on them, they always need to be cleaned! Turns me off the rest of the experience. We've been here multiple times over the past few months, and the floors are gross no matter the temps or weather. Will no longer be returning, we're going to a different Pei Wei. I've been to other ones and their floors are fine.
